Original Artwork Shipping

All original oil paintings are carefully packaged and shipped from our studio in New Zealand. We take great care to ensure your artwork arrives safely and in perfect condition.

Shipping Times & Process
- Processing time: 1-7 business days
- All original artworks are shipped via tracked courier service
- You will receive tracking information once your artwork has been dispatched
- Delivery times will vary depending on your location

International Shipping
- We ship original artwork worldwide from New Zealand
- Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the buyer
- These charges vary by country and are not included in the purchase price

Packaging

Print Orders

Print orders are handled separately through our printing partner, The Print Space, based in the United Kingdom. They maintain their own shipping policies and delivery timeframes. When you order a print, your order will be subject to The Print Space's delivery terms, which include:

- Multiple delivery options
- DHL courier service for international shipping
- Guaranteed no extra customs charges for UK-EU print-only orders (customs may apply for framed items)
